I feel like it's getting harder to keep going. Maybe because I've had to cook a lot for others the last few days. One drag was that I dreamed I started eating a digestive biscuit but then I remembered I was fasting and spat it out, damn I could have had that!.
My weight loss has slowed right down, another reason to break the fast really carefully. It is easy to put on a ton of weight after a fast as the body thinks it should store fat. The body understands frequency more than amount of food. After a fast it's best to eat small amounts quite often and stick to non fattening foods. I'll go through some good foods to go for at the end.
I've been sticking to fruit juice, miso and just water. Mainly fruit juice and water. Trips to the loo are fairly frequent with so much liquids.
One good thing, only 3 more days to equal my old record of 21 days. I really want to beat it. See you tomorrow.
