Day 30

I did it! I managed 30 days which was my original goal. I'm going to see tomorrow if I should break my fast or carry on for a bit. I'm tempted to try for forty but I'm also missing food like crazy. Today was ok but I did feel like eating , I guess it's getting near that time, who am I kidding, I always feel like eating. I'll know better tomorrow. If I do break the fast stick with the blog because breaking a fast is the hardest bit and I will be sharing info about the best foods to go for at that time.
